Princess Little brings over 20 years of experience in health care strategy, product monetization, and operational efficiency to the OPEN MINDS team. Her expertise includes developing and launching new healthcare solutions, designing customer-centric digital experiences, implementing health care compliance initiatives, expanding market access through strategic partnerships and vendor management, and streamlining clinical workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve patient care.
Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Ms. Little served as Director of Product Strategy and Monetization at Evernorth where she spearheaded monetization strategy for behavioral health product suite, introducing new revenue streams through pricing model innovation and tiered offerings. She also launched innovative health solutions, diversifying offerings and expanding into untapped customer segments, and optimized product roadmaps, resulting in $800 million in revenue growth.
Previously, Ms. Little was Marketing Product Manager at Cigna Healthcare. There, she championed the integration of behavioral health services into core product offerings, increasing revenue and driving investment in mental health services. She designed and executed Cigna’s telehealth strategy and conducted competitive market analyses to refine pricing and positioning strategies for behavioral health services.
Prior to this, Ms. Little held several other leadership roles at Cigna Healthcare, including Business Project Director, Account Director, Clinical Consultant, and Clinical Operations Director. In these roles, Ms. Little led many initiatives that resulted in healthcare compliance, reduced turnover, enhanced clinical operations, improved customer outcomes and satisfaction, and new market opportunities and revenue.
Ms. Little is a licensed clinical worker and continues to practice as Crisis Intervention Specialist with Life Bridge Health, allowing her to to stay close to patient experience and mental health needs.
Ms. Little earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, and her Masters of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.
