Todd Fricke is a seasoned, methodical, and polished healthcare professional with career-long experience in long-term care with a focus on non-medical home care and currently serves as a Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS.

Previously, Mr. Fricke was the Vice President of Business Development for Contexture, a nonprofit healthcare information and technology organization. As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Fricke was accountable for revenue generation, product/program development, and partnership managed across the payor, provider, and third-party healthcare ecosystems. Mr. Fricke led the sales, account management, and development teams in exceeding revenue goals to +107% to goal in 2022. He also developed special programs and state-specific initiatives focused on value-based purchasing and healthcare integration, including the Differential Adjusted Payment and Targeted Investments programs.

Mr. Fricke was also Vice President of Ability360, an Arizona nonprofit that provides comprehensive services and programs by and for people with disabilities. As Vice President, Mr. Fricke was responsible for oversight and leadership of the strategic vision, organizational goals, financial health, and operations of the Home and Community-Based Services Division. In this position, Mr. Fricke increased the annual revenue by $1.2 million between 2019-2022 and developed and led sales and growth strategy, including goal setting, coaching teams, and working with health plan providers, physician groups, and state agencies.

Mr. Fricke is also the former State President and Executive Director for Indiana for Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialty health care. In this position, he was responsible for total P&L accountability for an $85 million book of business across 37 Intermediate Care Facilities, 14-day programs, and 97 Host-Homes. Mr. Fricke grew earnings by $450,000 EBITA through fiscal 2016-2017. He also provided executive leadership of 230 FTE, including Operations, Innovation, Clinical, HR, Quality, Finance, and Project Management teams, and increased ICF business unit census from 86% to 92% from December 2016 to September 2017.

Mr. Fricke was Corporate Director of Development and Innovation for Accent Care Inc., a national post-acute health care provider in Arizona, Washington, California, Texas, and New York. Mr. Fricke spearheaded business development, project management, and clinical operations teams in developing shared saving models with various health plans, including Banner, MercyCare, and United Health.  In partnership with Finance, he supported merger and acquisition activities in 5 states procuring organizations with EBITA between $3 million – $5 million. He also handled P&L, budget forecasting, resource allocation, and performance indicator administration, encompassing ongoing quality measurement, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Fricke graduated with a Bachelor of Communication from Ottawa University in Tempe, Arizona. Additionally, Mr. Fricke is a 2023 candidate for a Master of Healthcare Administration at the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona.
