ICE Issues New Guidelines To Prevent Family Separations

On July 14, 2022, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced it will update a policy, including procedures and requirements, to direct its officers and special agents to preserve access to family visitation and child welfare during immigration enforcement activities.
