California DHCS Releases RFP For Contingency Management Pilot To Support Addiction Treatment For Stimulant Abuse

On August 19, 2022, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) released a request for proposals (RFP #22-20180) seeking an entity able to administer the upcoming DHCS Contingency Management (CM) pilot for stimulant addiction treatment. The selected contractor will manage, electronically track, and distribute incentives to the participants. Proposals are due by September 15, 2022.

The term of the resulting contract is expected to be 17 months and is anticipated to be effective from November 4, 2022, through March 31, 2024. The pilot is slated to begin in December 2022 or January 2023 and conclude in March 2024 . . .
