New Tech For I/DD Independent Living Focus of October OPEN MINDS Circle Elite Executive Roundtable
Gettysburg, Pa. (September 11, 2022) Angel Vibert, Director of Community Residential Services for Community Living North Bay (CLNB), will present Embracing Technology For I/DD Independent Living — The Community Living North Bay Case Study at the October 20 OPEN MINDS Circle Elite Executive Roundtable. This presentation will highlight how CLNB revolutionized their residential service program through the adoption of technology to improve communication and monitoring of their consumers living with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Attendees will also learn how technological adoption provides the data needed to further improve care and refine service offerings.
“Technology is revolutionizing the health care marketplace and has become a key market driver in recent years,” noted Monica E. Oss, Chief Executive Officer of OPEN MINDS. “The choice of technology, integration of tech-enabled services, and focus on service performance delivered by data are fundamentals for remaining profitable in this increasingly competitive marketplace.”
Ms. Vibert will be discussing their partnership with Awake Labs for their residential services program to promote independence for consumers and further the CLNB mission. Executive attendees of this session will learn how to gain internal buy in, funding, and return on investment for technological innovations. Ms. Vibert will share ideas on measuring clinical success and appropriate tracking with technology; and using this data to realign services and financial investments to ensure program fidelity, sustainability, and future growth.
