OPEN MINDS Names Lauren Evangelist As Chief Revenue Officer & Dawn Kingsley As Vice President Of Business Development
Gettysburg, PA (November 6, 2022) — OPEN MINDS is excited to welcome two new executive team members to the marketing and business development team. Lauren Evangelist joins OPEN MINDS as the Chief Revenue Officer and Dawn Kingsley, MSHA, joins as Vice President of Business Development.
Ms. Evangelist brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and business strategy, brand development, product launch, and digital marketing. Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Ms. Evangelist was the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for Tridiuum. In her former role, she developed and launched Tridiuum’s provider recruitment program in partnership with New Directions Behavioral Health (NDBH). She also created the program’s acquisition strategy, marketing collateral, and recruited behavioral health providers to accelerate access to care for four million NDBH members.

Ms. Kingsley brings over 30 years of diverse health care experience with large, national provider and payer organizations. She has a deep understanding of managed care, payer reimbursement strategies, health plan expansion focusing on payer/provider partnerships, and innovation and value-based care. Ms. Kingsley is also skilled in the management of complex managed care business principles as well as operational process improvement. Most recently, Ms. Kingsley served as the Vice President of Network Management and Performance for Farm Bureau health plans, responsible for building a statewide provider network for the newly approved Medicare Advantage program. Prior to her role at Farm Bureau, Ms. Kingsley served as Vice President of Payer Contracting for Centerstone, a multi-state behavioral health provider specializing in the treatment of individuals with mental health and addictions.
