Ochsner Digital Medicine Pilot Linked To Better Hypertension Control
A digital medicine pilot conducted by Ochsner Health for consumers with hypertension helped more than half reach control goals in the first few months of participation. Individuals with poorly controlled hypertension and no health or social barriers achieved 73% control rates at one year. About 60% of those with poorly controlled blood pressure and one or more health or social barriers achieved 60% control rates at one year.
