Idaho To Add Three New Crisis System Components For People With I/DD

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) is planning to create three new crisis system components—residential, teaming, and capacity building—to serve people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). The new components will allow adults to access a full range of short-term crisis and stabilization care that supports them and allows them to remain in their communities whenever possible.
