Delaware Rebids Correctional Behavioral Health Contract

On December 23, 2022, the Delaware Department of Correction (DDOC) released a request for proposals (RFP DOC23025-BHVRHEALTH) seeking a contractor to provide behavioral health services for incarcerated individuals housed in a correctional setting, including those who are pretrial and those who are sentenced. The contractor will provide an integrated, evidence-based, recovery-oriented system of care. The current DDOC contract is held by Centurion. It started on April 1, 2020 and ends on June 30, 2023.
