Washington DCYF Offers Multi-Licensing For Caregivers & Child Care Provider Organizations

On January 1, 2023, the Washington Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) began offering multi-licensing for child care and foster care provider organizations. as part of its licensing process. Multi-licensing provides a streamlined process that supports individuals to become licensed in both foster care and child care. This allows individuals to simultaneously offer child care in their homes while fostering.
