Michigan is expanding its “Infant-Toddler Court” program in Wayne County. On December 7, 2022, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) announced the receipt of a $3.1 million, five-year grant from the federal Health Resources and Services Administration to provide funding the Wayne County expansion and to start the program in two new counties to support the coordination of Infant-Toddler Court programs.
