CMS Adds Behavioral Health Facilities As ‘Essential Community Providers’ For Marketplace Plans

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is adding behavioral health facilities as Essential Community Provider (ECP) organizations for Qualified Health Plan (QHP) marketplace plans for the 2024 health insurance plan year.
