Alabama Medicaid program is rebidding its Integrated Care Network (ICN) for beneficiaries needing long-term services and supports (LTSS). The contract has been held by Alabama Select Network, a Blue Cross Blue Shield subsidiary, since 2018. The ICN oversees a primary care case management (PCCM) program that serves more than 23,000 Medicaid beneficiaries who are nursing home residents or enrolled in two of the state's home-and community-based services (HCBS) waivers.

The state released the request for proposals (RFP 23000000069) on April 28, 2023. Proposals are due on June 15 and contract implementation is scheduled for October . . .
