The 2023 OPEN MINDS Smart Home Expo – Presenter Applications Are Now Open
Gettysburg, PA (May 28, 2023) — Applications are now open for The 2023 OPEN MINDS Smart Home Expo taking place in Philadelphia, PA on October 26th. Apply before July 31st for your chance to be featured at this inaugural event dedicated to recent advancements in smart home technology that support independent and community-based living for persons with disabilities and older adults. Throughout the day, six innovative smart home technologies—both general and specialized—will be featured for a 30-minute demonstration. Combined with the core session titled “Smart Homes Made Simple,” presented by the Pennsylvania Assistive Technology Foundation, the day-long expo will feature product demonstrations and opportunity to interact with multiple unique technology solution vendors – from medication dispensing and adherence monitoring to wearable technologies to support independent living for persons with disabilities.
If selected, presenters will have the opportunity to:
- Showcase their digital solution during a 30-minute demonstration or presentation at The 2023 OPEN MINDS Technology & Analytics Institute
- Attend the institute with their team

The 2023 OPEN MINDS Smart Home Expo is embedded in The 2023 OPEN MINDS Technology and Analytics Institute, the premier national meeting focused on the tech tools and analytics executives need to improve performance, streamline decisionmaking, and add value to managing and delivering care for consumers with complex needs.
