Chaddock Chief Executive Officer Dr. Debbie Reed, To Present On SOAR Analysis In Strategic Planning
Gettysburg, Pa. (June 18, 2023)—Done correctly, a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) helps executives understand which internal and external factors impact strategy. But acting on that information takes another step. While similar, a SOAR analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) can help identify future actions that will achieve strategic goals.
On June 22 at 1:00 PM ET, Debbie Reed, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer at Chaddock, will discuss the impact of SOAR in the strategic planning process for a multi-faceted human service organization during How To Integrate A SOAR Analysis Into Your Strategic Planning Process: The Chaddock Case Study.
“While potentially valuable, a SWOT analysis done alone can fail to identify specific strategic conclusions that executives can act upon,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer, Monica E. Oss. “Planning must recognize three essentials: environment drives strategy, and strategy drives action.”
