Delaware Planning A Community Integration Program For Adults With Physical Disabilities

Delaware is gathering information about how to create a self-directed program that allows adults with physical disabilities to fully integrate into the community. The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities (DSAAPD) released a request for information (RFI HSS-23-022) on May 17, 2023. DSAAPD is interested in innovative approaches advocacy, education, partnering, service delivery, and technology. It seeks ideas on how this type of services should be structured and operated, including potential cost. Responses are due by August 1, 2023.
