Wellspring Partners With Douglas County, Colorado, To Create Affordable Housing For Adults With I/DD

Colorado developmental disability service provider organization Wellspring Community is partnering with Douglas County to create 42 units of affordable, integrated, housing for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) by developing “The Unity on Park” (The Unity) as a housing facility for neurodiverse and neurotypical residents. The goal is to foster community inclusion and participation among the residents.
