That’s A Wrap – The Best Of The 2023 OPEN MINDS Management Best Practices Institute
Gettysburg, PA. (August 27, 2023) – August 15-17, 350 health and human services executives gathered at the Hilton Long Beach, California for The 2023 OPEN MINDS Management Best Practices Institute.

This annual assembly goes past theory and policy – and provides a deep dive into the field-tested management best practices needed for sustainability and success.
This year’s institute will explore new clinical services and service delivery systems, clinical protocols and management, service process management, and evidence-based practices. On the morning of Wednesday, August 16, keynote presenter Briana Duffy, MBA, LSW, Market President, at Carelon Behavioral Health, shared an inside look at integrated care initiatives at Carelon, as well as her perspectives on the challenges and opportunities for bringing a ‘whole person care’ experience to consumers.
