Humana’s CenterWell Subsidiary Launches Home-Based Primary Care Services In Georgia & Louisiana

Humana's CenterWell Senior Primary Care business launched Primary Care Anywhere to provide home-based primary care services to Medicare beneficiaries in selected cities in Georgia and Louisiana. The launch was announced on August 30, 2023. In Georgia, Primary Care Anywhere is available in Atlanta, Savannah, and Columbus, and in Louisiana, it is available in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. In these cities, CenterWell Senior Primary Care has opened or is planning to open brick-and-mortar office facilities. CenterWell is considering further expansion of Primary Care Anywhere, but details of this expansion have not yet been finalized.
