Postponement of Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) Non-Profit Provider Requirement

June 8, 2012
On June 8, 2012, the California Department of Aging released a letter to all community based adult services (CBAS) providers. The letter informed providers that the requirement for providers to be non-profit was delayed until January 1, 2013. The previous date for implementation of the requirement was July 1, 2012.
