TennCare Rebids PIHP Contract For Specialized Youth Populations

On November 6, 2023, the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration released a request for proposals (RFP 31865-00637) to rebid the state’s TennCare Select Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) for children. The plan enrolls approximately 52,200 people, primarily children, who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) assistance or long-term services and supports (LTSS), or who live in areas with limited access to provider organizations.
