On December 1, 2023, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) awarded contracts for the state’s Medicaid managed long term care services and supports (MLTSS) to two health plans, Health Net Access, Inc. (dba Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan) and Arizona Physicians IPA, Inc. (dba UnitedHealthcare Community Plan).
