Gettysburg, Pa. (December 17, 2023) —The 2024 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute is selling out quickly with only 50 remaining on-site registrations. 400 health and human services leaders will gather for this event in Clearwater Beach, Florida from February 13-15 for a comprehensive look at strategies to optimize performance in organizations serving consumers with complex needs.

The institute will offer attendees three-days of learning and networking opportunities where industry leaders from top provider organizations and health plans will present in more than 25+ engaging sessions. Speakers will share new approaches for improving hybrid service delivery, cultivating payer relations, creating interoperability, developing service line sustainability, and more.

Executive attendees will have the opportunity to learn from other industry leaders who have successfully created innovative, metrics-based approaches to improving outcomes and organizational performance.

On Tuesday, February 13, the institute will kick-off with two best-practice seminars:

The seminars will be followed by the grand opening of the exhibit hall which will feature beverages with hors d’oeuvres from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm ET.

Wednesday, February 14, will begin with David Guth, Chief Executive Officer, Centerstone for his keynote presentation The Challenges Of & Opportunities For National Multi-State Non-Profit Specialty Provider Organizations: The C-Suite Perspective.

In addition to the institute agenda, Wednesday will also feature The 2024 OPEN MINDS CFO Summit, featuring leaders from Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, Cenikor Foundation, Citrus Health Network, Inc., Hillsides, Mainstay Life Services, and Victor. This summit will provide expert insights through presentations and case studies of CFOs who are creating solutions to some of the most challenging issues facing provider organizations.
