New York Awards $5.1 Million To Establish 137 School-Based Mental Health Clinics
On November 30, 2023, the state of New York announced that New York Office of Mental Health (OMH)-licensed provider organizations were awarded $25,000 per clinic to support a recently implemented or newly created Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Services (MHOTRS)/clinic school-based satellite to OMH licensed provider organizations to expand school-based mental health services.
