CMS Final Approval For California 1115 Medicaid Waiver For ‘Bridge To Reform’ Demonstration

On June 28, 2012, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released approval for California to amend it's "Bridge To Health Care Reform," demonstration project. The approval allows California to make amendments in four areas of the project. The state must send a written acceptance within 30 days as a condition of the approval.
