Court Certifies Class Action In New Hampshire Lawsuit Over Access To HCBS Waiver Services

A lawsuit against the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) over its operation of the Choices for Independence (CFI) home and community-based services (HCBS) Medicaid waiver has been granted class action status.
