Ideal Option Partners With Marion County, Oregon For Jail-Based Addiction Treatment Services
Marion County, Oregon has partnered with Ideal Option to provide medication-assisted addiction treatment (MAT) at the county jail for inmates with opioid use disorder. The contract started in January 2023 and runs through June 2025. For this arrangement, Ideal Option has two contracts, one with the county that allows for the services to be delivered, and one with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), which pays for the services provided from a $924,000 allocation through Ballot Measure 110, Oregon’s Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act.
