25% Of Medicaid & Dual Eligibles With I/DD Who Receive HCBS Want To Live In A Different Residential Setting
An average of 24.6% of Medicaid beneficiaries and dual eligible beneficiaries (eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare) with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) who received home- and community-based services (HCBS) during 2017 and 2018 wanted to live in a different residential setting, according to an analysis by the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC).
