Assembly Bill 1453: Essential Health Benefits Fact Sheet

On January 5, 2012, Assembly Bill 1453 was introduce into California Senate. The bill will allow health policy committees to recommend an existing health plan to serve as the benchmark for essential health benefits standards. On June 28, the bill was re-referred to the Committee on Appropriations.
