Nevada Seeks ASO To Manage 988 Behavioral Health Crisis Hub
The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Public and Behavioral Health plans to contract with an administrative services organization (ASO) to manage the state’s 988 behavioral health crisis call hubs. The ASO will provide the physical infrastructure, workforce, and technology to administer the centralized Nevada 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline call centers that operate 24 hours per day to respond to calls, texts, and chats routed to the state from the National 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
