Two-Thirds People With Anxiety Or Depression Who Received Treatment Via Telepsychiatry Had Significant Clinical Response After 15 Weeks
About two-thirds of people with moderate to severe anxiety or depression who were treated via telepsychiatry had a significant clinical response within 15 weeks. Before starting treatment, 58.8% had at least moderate anxiety and 60.1% had at least moderate depression. All had completed the Generalized Anxiety Disorder–7 (GAD-7) or the Patient Health Questionnaire–8 (PHQ-8) at baseline and again at least once after eight weeks of treatment in a telepsychiatry setting.
