After Going Public, BrightSpring Health Services Completes Six Acquisitions In First Five Months

After going public on January 25, 2024, BrightSpring Health Services, which provides home- and community-based services (HCBS), has completed six acquisitions as of early May 2024. The initial public offering (IPO) had a $2.8 billion valuation.

The first three acquisitions were announced on March 26, 2024, and the second three acquisitions on May 22, 2024. The financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisitions included competitors in existing markets and organizations in complementary markets to extend BrightSpring’s geographic reach and provide additional scale.
