Vermont Support & Services At Home Program Expands Mental Health Access Statewide

On April 4, 2024, the Vermont SASH® (Support and Services at Home);model announced plans to expand an embedded mental health program statewide. The addition of the embedded mental health program had been tested in a pilot, and the expansion will provide access to on-site mental health support for up to 1,200 participants. The expansion is taking place in partnership with the local designated community mental health agencies within the Vermont Care Partners network around the state.
