Elevance Health’s Nevada Medicaid Plan Reports 90% Housing Retention Rate
Six months after Elevance Health Medicaid beneficiaries in Nevada and those at-risk of or experiencing homeless received a housing intervention in the state, about 90% remained in housing. The interventions included financial assistance through the Housing Flex Fund and housing support plus financial assistance through the Family Stabilization Program.
The Housing Flex Fund provides one-time or short-term flexible financial assistance to members experiencing housing instability or homelessness. The fund can provide financial assistance for utility arrears and payments for security deposits.
