Michigan Rebids Its Duals Demonstration, Transitioning To Highly Integrated D-SNPs
On June 6, 2024, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services released a request for proposals (RFP 240000002334) seeking responses from insurers able to offer Medicare Advantage Highly Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (HIDE-SNPs) to transition its current MI Health Link financial alignment demonstration to meet new federal requirements. The HIDE-SNPs will integrate long-term service and supports (LTSS), as well as all Medicare and Medicaid services.
