Virginia FIDE SNP Members Report Higher Satisfaction With Plan Services
Virginia residents dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid and needing home- and community-based services (HCBS) who were enrolled in a fully integrated Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (FIDE SNP) with exclusively aligned enrollment were more likely to report satisfaction with their plan services than people enrolled in traditional Medicare or in FIDE/HIDE SNPs without exclusively aligned enrollment. People enrolled in D-SNPs of any type reported similar levels of access to care, delays in care, and satisfaction with care coordination and physician choice to one another.
