The Pennsylvania Medicaid program is planning to make changes to its 1915(c) managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) demonstration called Community HealthChoices (CHC) in 2025 according to a proposed amendment released on June 15, 2024. Two major changes will add a telehealth delivery option to cognitive rehabilitation and counseling services, and will add chore services as a new waiver service. The proposed amendment also makes changes to service definitions for benefits counseling, employment skills development, home adaptations, and telecare.
