West Virginia Hires Lument Securities To Help Find Buyers For 4 Long-Term Care Facilities

West Virginia seeks buyers for four state-run long-term care facilities. On July 12, 2024, the state announced it awarded Lument Securities, LLC a contract to help its Department of Health Facilities (DHF) facilitate a sustainable long-term care strategy, which currently includes the sale and license transfer of the facilities, while ensuring uninterrupted care and operational continuity for the residents during the transition.
