Wyoming Limits State-Funded Community Behavioral Health Center Services To Priority Populations

On July 1, 2024, Wyoming changed how it provides state-funded community behavioral health center (BHC) services to limit them to people with the highest need. State-funded BHC services will be limited to uninsured individuals in a priority population and to those with income at or below above 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL). Residents not among the priority populations and those with income above 200% FPL will no longer be eligible for state-funded BHC services.
