Arizona Medicaid Awards Housing & Health Opportunities Program Administrator Contract To Solari

On August 7, 2024, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) selected Solari, Inc. as program administrator (PA) of the state’s new Medicaid Housing and Health Opportunities (H2O) initiative. The contract is effective October 1, 2024, and will run for an initial term of three years followed by an additional two-year extension. The H2O initiative is intended to enhance and expand housing services and interventions for specific populations of Medicaid beneficiaries experiencing homelessness.
