The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) is planning to launch the next Medicaid managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) contracts for its Community HealthChoices (CHC) program in 2025. DHS selected Aetna Better Health of Pennsylvania, Health Partners Plans, PA Health and Wellness, UPMC For You, and Vista Health Plan for negotiations. The contract begins after the agreements are finalized. The initial agreement term will run for five years, followed by three one-year renewal options.
