Iowa Issues RFP For Regional Behavioral Health ASOs

On September 1, 2024, the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released a request for proposals (RFP BEHEOPC-25-201) seeking bids from behavioral health administrative services organizations (BH-ASOs) to manage seven regional behavioral health districts that will provide a core set of services. A mandatory letter of intent to bid was due by September 18, 2024, and proposals are due by October 18, 2024.
