NCQA Adds Three New HEDIS Measures For 2025

On August 12, 2024, the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) added three new measures to the Healthcare Effectiveness and Data Information Set (HEDIS) for measurement year (MY) 2025. In the same update, it retired one existing measure and an indicator in another existing measure, and updated seven measures. HEDIS MY 2025 measure specifications will capture care delivered in 2025. Health plans will report their performance results to NCQA in June 2026.
