Maine Sued Over ADA Violations Due To Its Lack Of Community-Based Mental Health Services For Children
On September 9, 2024, the Department of Justice (DOJ) sued the state of Maine over alleged violations to the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) related to children’s access to community-based mental health services.
