California’s San Bernardino County Seeks Independent Living Program Aftercare Services

On June 18, 2013, California’s San Bernardino County Human Services, Children and Family Services awarded three-year contracts with combined value of $1.8 million to Aspiranet Foster and Family Services and Walden Family Services, Inc. to provide comprehensive aftercare services for foster care youth ages 17 to 21. The request for proposals (HSSA13-CFS-0200) was released November 12, 2012, with responses due December 18, 2012. The county reported no additional responses to this solicitation.
