Sacramento Seeks Rapid Rehousing Transition & Supports

On November 18, 2024, California's City of Sacramento Office of Innovation and Economic Development released a request for qualifications (RFQ# 25021451001) for rapid rehousing (RRH) transition and supports for the Street to Housing Pilot Program. The program will transition approximately 100 households from encampments along the Sacramento Northern Parkway directly to permanent housing using an RRH model. Families involved in the program will receive 12 to 24 months of rental assistance, case management, and continued supports. The goal is to help households stabilize and avoid returning to homelessness.
