Kelly Education Acquires Children’s Therapy Center To Strengthen School Therapy Offerings In Minnesota

Kelly Services, Inc., a staffing outsourcing and consulting service, acquired Children’s Therapy Center (CTC) in Minnesota. Financial terms were not disclosed. Kelly subsidiary Kelly Education plans to integrate CTC into its Pediatric Therapy Services portfolio. Kelly Education plans to offer CTC services to Minnesota school districts, including those who currently partner with another Kelly Education company, Teachers On Call, to provide comprehensive therapy solutions to address increasing demand due to student special education needs.
