Massachusetts Seeks Adult Long-Term Residential Behavioral Health Services For Consumers With DD & Significant Behavior Challenges

On December 16, 2024, the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS) released a request for responses (RFR) seeking a contractor to provide Adult Long Term Residential (ALTR) behavioral health services for those with significant behavioral challenges. The model uses staff with specialized training and expertise to provide more intensive supports than intermediate models. Responses to the procurement (BD-25-1023-1023C-1023L-110728) are due by January 16, 2025.

To submit a response/quote, provider organizations must be qualified under the ALTR-2024 RFR and licensed by DDS to provide residential services. The goal is to qualify ALTR provider organizations . . .
