Alabama Seeks Services For Its I/DD Medicaid Waiver Programs

On January 23, 2025, the Alabama Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) released a request for proposals (RFP 2025-12) for a contractor to provide Medicaid Waiver Services for the state’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) programs. The services are sought for all five DDD regions (I, II, III, IV, and V). Proposals are due by February 28, 2025. Selection notification is slated for early April 2025.
