Salaries for long-term care (LTC) corporate executives in the United States increased by 3.52% in 2024, a year-over-year decrease from the 3.69% salary increase reported in 2023. The salary data reflects survey responses for executives of larger revenue single-site organizations and executives with oversight of multiple LTC facility types including nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), independent living, and assisted living/personal care communities.
